Make this holiday extra special for someone.

A recreation of one of the most iconic Beatles albums (I was going to do the white album but that would have been boring) for the Bricks of Character display at BrickCon.

This will be available to purchase at the Creations for Charity BrickLink page on the 15th of October!

Shout out to my Dad for taking the pictures and doing the edits for me!

Thanks to Creations for Charity the hallowed story of the Gypsy Queen squadron has another chapter...

What's the story you ask? It all started years ago when Stijn built the MATSF-5000E Superbanshee II SE which was gifted to none other than Keith, who in turn honoured Stijn's gift with an epic build - the Gypsy Queen, You are cleared for Launch.

Which, was in turn homaged by yours truly with Operation Oscar as my launch pad to try to bribe voters at every convention with my FrogPODs (it didn't work).

So I finally got to not only meet Mr. Goldman and partake in one of his epic layouts, he but gifted me one of the Gyspy Queens.

The last, would be donated to C4C - where it would be up for grabs by anyone.

... but what fun would that be? Plus it'd be a horrible way to end the story of the Gypsy Queens....

Instead, I seized the oppurtunity to dictate where the last Gyspy Queen would land...

So now I have two.

I don't really need two.

I just need one.

So where will the last one go?

Someone will get a nice Xmas present.

Why not make some kid's christmas better too? There are plenty of awesome mocs in Creations for Charity store, so why not make your holidays, and some kid's holiday that much brighter?

Okay everyone, it's that time of year again, I've been a bit remiss in not getting my own stuff up yet ... and I've checked the donations logs and we're actually really short this year in terms of MOCs donated...

So if you have some extra builds that you have sitting around, and you're too lazy to sort it out ... PLEASE. Be a hero.

Donate.

Also what builds would people like me to donate this year? I may or may not still have them around, or worse case I can probably build something similar to it pretty fast. Speak up and I might be able to build it and put it up :)

Again from the Blogged by Brothers Brick collection, I present to you the micro Prometheus.

Fresh from her trip to LLV-223 aka BrickCon, this little puppy can be yours!. Comes with easy to separate base for maxium swooshage!

Note I rebuilt the base to be more compact so that it fits better as a desk display.

Here's my contribution for Creations for Charity this year! The build was slightly reworked to be strengthened, so the externals are the same and the internals are stiffer. Build will be shipped with an angled stand as well.

As we round the corner to another year, and another holiday season, it is my pleasure to be once again part of Creations for Charity. Not just donations, but a little bit of purchasing, and most importantly distributing the sets that the money everyone helped raised. In years past we have donated to two hospital wings, a women's shelter, and this year we decided to focus in on children directly and donated to Toronto Children's Aid Society. The CAS is Toronto's child protection services, which provide support and other services to parents; and when necessary provide safe and nurturing care for children and youth who are unable to live at home because of family problems.

Thanks to my wonderful present elves: Eric L, Julie V and Nick D, we were able to get 72 LEGO sets at deep discount and worth just under $2,900 CAD:

The CAS is always looking for LEGO, as it's a frequent request by parents and children, but is rarely actually donated. So when we contacted them offering our donation of roughly 50 sets, they were ecstatic. So much so that several representatives were emailing and leaving phone messages to make sure everything was in order!

Due to the exceptionally good year we had a C4C we were able to go out and push a bit more and get an additional 22 sets over my original budget!

Sadly I do not have the "loaded car" photo this year - as my car wasn't big enough for the entire donation and had to get some help delivering it.... Hopefully this will be a continuing problem that I can't physically move the entire donation by myself :D

As always, none of this is possible without the generous donations and purchases by the AFOL community, So thank you from bottom of my heart for help making a difference.

C4C- Images taken to test the methodology of table top lighting. All these are lit with a simple side light and a second curtain flash on camera. The Goose is just a friend who pops in now and again.

The first lesson I have learned is to clean all the dust away first...and to smooth out he table cover.

Hey all!

Here's your chance to own one of my creations!

I just donated this creation, so if you want it, keep an eye on the C4C store!

There will be only one of these statues that I will ever make, so this is your only chance!

I hope you like it! (and if you buy it as one of my followers, please let me know it by the order or by pm!)

As part Starfighter Telephone Game, we thought it might be fun to play a little micro version (www.flickr.com/groups/starfighter_telephone_game/discuss/...) and create a little sqaud or two for C4C.

We all started off with a single fighter and microed it up.

Though now that I take a peak at some of the other builds, I might have taken the Micro a bit to literally >.>

T'was the night before Christmas, when all through the store,

All the sets were sold, there were just no more.

Thanks to all the people, who donated and bought,

From the C4C store, so many Sold Lots!

These Donated builds, were converted to gifts.

These LEGO sets, Kid's sprits they lift.

From Toronto to Cario, Australia to Hungry,

AFOLs MOCs to Presents tucked under the Tree.

Thanks everyone for your help in this deed.

To give a little back, to children in need.

I'm privileged to be able to help with Creations for Charity again this year and take the money raised from the awesome donners and buyers and procure some awesome LEGO sets for some children in Toronto, Canada. Again we chose the Toronto Children's Aid, which is the our equivalent of Child Protective Services as well as provide support and services to children and their families. With the usual help of our ToroLUG Elf: Eric, and some ToroLUG donations - we managed to donate 67 sets or about $2100 in LEGO.

LEGO is the most requested item from parents and is an infrequent donation, so a large LEGO donation is cherished and always in need. So the Children Aid's Society is always extremely happy to get our yearly donation.

I'm not sure how to keep saying this: but it's an incredible feat to see how this community can come together and do something great to help others. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You.

A rare dragon has appeared!

Donating to Creations for Charity.

Apologies for the sub-par photo...

One of my Creation for Charities commissions was for a 'M-Tron Build', the winning bidder gave me carte blanche to build anything that I thought would look good on a layout.

I wanted this build to be somewhat different than a lot of othe usual M-Tron stuff build, and playing around with the few M-Tron pieces I had left after building my STG I came up with felt like a big truck hood... rolling with that idea I made the above, the Magen-Rig zero-wheeler.

Here is another, clearer portrait of Grand Moff Tarkin. Please check out Creations for Charity to see more, and browse through the album!

Soon on Creations for Charity...

Version 2 of my ZemVa Interceptor from NoVVember 2015. Built for Creations for Charity 2016. More informations here: creationsforcharity.org/

I built this over the summer with some of my free time. My mechs don't usually come out very well, and I've wanted to build something with four legs for a while. This color scheme really is fun. I also needed something to balance out my fantasy donation.

If you're interested in owning this, check the

Creations 4 Charity store!

Here are two examples of how this looks on a wall. Frankly, it looks fantastic. I think I might duplicate it to have my own around the house.

The portrait looks great on a shelf or hung from the wall. It has a nail hole in the backside, using this piece (In other words, not all nail sizes will fit the hole). In addition, a string is looped through two pieces, allowing it to be hung via string instead.

I'm certain that the lucky purchaser will find some other creative way to display that I didn't come up with!

Be sure to get your hands on this one-of-a-kind portrait. Visit Creations for Charity to purchase and check out the album for more!

DONATED TODAY! Hail Denethor, Steward of Gondor! Build features the fated father of Boromir and Faramir, plus a MOC of the beacon of Amon Din, as seen in Minis Tirith during the Return of the King.

One of a series of disappointing images unashamedly worked in Photoshop.

"Dino-Dude Versus Gorilla-Guy" - Now Submitted to Creations for Charity 2014!

Several of my creations have taken inspirstion from one of my favorite films, Treasure Planet. I finally got around to building something directly from the movie! Been having some fun with miniland figures recently, and it proved the perfect scale to bring this to life in LEGO form.

This creation will also be available to buy as a part of the amazing

Creations For Charity fundraiser! Be on the lookout for this on the shop or possibly during the live stream at the end of November. And be sure to check out the other amazing creations available for a good cause!
