I'd admired this selection from afar for too long. I finally took the plunge to order it and it was DELICIOUS. At first I thought the glistening on the pizza was oil, but it was light drizzle of honey. This was like a warm cheese plate: a careful balance of sweet, salty, rich, fresh, and crisp, with slight soft goo. Mmmm...
