registered C-FNJF. Transferred to Province of Saskatchewan 1998. Then went through priate ownership until 19/11/2004 when was re-registered as G-PBYA and operated by the Catalina Aircraft Ltd, now based at Duxford"
A Sikeston coal load rolls by the old SSW freight building on the north side of downtown Saint Louis. This one is dedicated to the Nomad of Western America and his trusty sidekick $wagner.

This group of 3 Conair CV580's have been assigned to the British Columbia Forest Service air tanker base at Penticton. Only 4 of the type remain in the Conair fleet. The other one is assigned to Alaska and this is likely the last year for them before retirement. They served well in the role for over 20 years. Tanker 49 and 55 left on a practice mission but the fence got in my way when 55 took off.
