Was driving to the Baha'i Center, so detoured through Chicago.
Reclaimed & vintage leather journal with two layers handstitched onto one another. Filled with Tea stained pages, stitched with archival linen thread.
Made with love & light.
This is my third Archer button-up, but the first time I made it from flannel. It turned out great, although I had trouble with the buttonholes. The pattern matching wasn't too tough, I just tried to make it symmetric from side-to-side and lined up the lines at the armpit.
This unisex beige button up shirt is in excellent vintage condition and looks great worn unbuttoned, buttoned, tucked in, or with the sleeves rolled up! It's from the 1970's and looks very casual yet sophisticated and is very versatile. This vintage treasure looks very lux and expensive - everyone will wonder where you got it!
Altered from the original pattern by substituting a woven basket, adding more leaves, and using a typeface for the word "May."
Just buttoned up the BMW 325i matte grey vinyl wrap and it looks amazing.

We have jewelry at the salon from an artist named Jenny Elkins. Every piece is one of a kind and all of it is fun, not pretentious!
Jenny uses reclaimed buttons, beads, wood, photos, etc...she is not limited to jewelry. Jenny also makes artwork to hang and soft sculptures, too. I have a feeling I haven't seen it all, yet. Cool stuff, reasonable prices, and of course the salon is fantastic! :)
