I forgot to change my NEX-5T setting from 8mpx JPEG to RAW, so here you go, JPEG from camera, with slight saturation, curve, sharpening and crop edit. I like how the sun create spatter of rainbow colors on soft grass flower hairs and slight circular shapes it create around the sun in middle.
Taken using Minolta 50mm 1.7 set at 2.8 or 4, I forgot. Sorry. Edited using GIMP.
'Bunga Emas dan Perak' (meaning 'Golden and Silver Flowers'), often referred to as'"Bunga Mas', were small flowering trees made of gold and silver that were sent as tribute by the Northern Malay States of Kedah, Terengganu, Kelantan and Patani to the King of Siam.
Some senders regarded the Bunga Mas as gifts given as symbols of friendship, but the Siamese kings accepted them as tokens of the givers acceptance of Thai suzerainty.
This practice began in the 14th Century and ended when Kedah, Terengganu and Kelantan came under British rule.
The museum labeling did not identify this Bunga Mas' date of origin.

Named Bunga Raya in Malay, it literally means "celebratory flower".
