This bay window took about 3 months for them to deliver and install

Patchwork sheathing, some the size of a skateboard, attached with inadequate fasteners with serious gaps between remnants.

Flooded basement from water infiltration between unsealed joint between sunroom and main house

The sheathing in front is from a house supposedly built within months of the new plywood in back.

This window appears to have been cut freehand in the factory. Saw blade drifting is visible. Where is the factory exactness?

Old sheathing calked with gobs of silicone to compensate for poor cuts

This could not possibly be by design. This appears to be a retrofitted modification.

leaking thru window frames

The sheathing in front is from a house supposedly built within months of the new plywood in back.

This window framing was not designed like this. It appears to be a horrendous modification of construction not intended for this. It does not even remotely resemble the approved plans.

This door was cut so poorly that OSB and silicone was used to shim it. Water poured in anyway.

this is how our island was delivered--unfinished, multiple styles/colors of wood, poorly constructed and damaged

The (partial) extent of what needed replacement on our NEW HOUSE

This mastic is evidence that there was a tile floor attached to our sub-floor prior to delivery. We never had a tile floor on our plans here.

The Grand Cathedral. Water damaged, unlevel, cut up, missing sprinkler pipe. A mess even today.

"there is a natural variation in wood tones" according to Signature. There are mismatched colors, too.

Signature's company label was burned into the sheathing thru the weather wrap. Bleaching like this takes a lot of time.

On a typical day, people with ambulatory disabilities using Wentworth Institute of technology's Beatty hall have to pass through this obstructed Service Hallway when going from the Upper floor resources (such as the Library, Classrooms and lecture halls) to the Ground Floor resources (bookstore, Vending Machines, Fitness Center, Cafe), because they must use the Service elevator and quote, Accessible entrance unquote, just to use Beatty hall. Both the entrance and elevator are located just beyond this hallway.

The types of moving obstacles that wheelchair users, cane users, service dog users must contend with, here at the Wentworth Institute of Technology, are unbelievable, in the 21st century.

It's not a leap to assume that WIT does not yet wish to integrate colleagues and scholars with disAbilities into their campus life...
