Amtrak’s eastbound Empire Builder is led this morning by #353, one of Amtrak's new ALC-42 locomotives. After a quick station stop here at West Glacier (Belton), the train will be ready to start the long climb up the westside of Marias Pass.

Bob the Builder™ took a break from building, digging and hauling to pose with children and families for photos during the December Free Tuesday event at Glazer Children's Museum. WEDU PBS themed Free Tuesdays are made possible through a partnership between WEDU, Glazer Children’s Museum and the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County.
Local primary school children have been learning how to build bridges on a bridge this week, at an event held on the new passenger concourse at Haymarket Station. The event, part of Tomorrow's Engineers week, saw 26 children from Dalry Primary School on Cathcart Place learn how to construct a 12 metre-long cable-stayed bridge which they were then able to walk across.
