It was two days after the big chill and deep snow, but the wee birds were buzzing and crested tits were surprisingly chatty this time round. Are these called Scottish because they talk a lot? :) I'd love to record the sound - it's like wee mountain spring bubbling on the pebbles.

I admit, the soap bubble isn't too sharp. But this was the only picture where you could see all the small droplets surrounding it.

I have some soap in my mouth. Hence, the odd expression.

Bubbles! I love looking at the bubbles trapped in the ice on my lake. In the last few days I was so entranced by the fantastic designs that I wandered into a hockey match and stumbled across an ice fishing hole. Luckily, no one was fishing at the hole.

Making O bubbles. I can only do one good one before I run out of air so it took a few to get it clean like this. Since I don't use a scuba tank.

I did a little cooking last week and stretched some saran over a hot dish. This was the lovely result.

Looked up while in the bath and found these in a jar and looking closely a self portrait too, admittedly a distorted one.
