After the chilly walk around Santa Monica Pier we went to Bubba Gump to warm ourselves around a beer and some shrimps. The evening looked magical through the windows of the restaurant and the locals were really funny. We really enjoyed our visit.

After that, shrimpin' was easy. And since people still needed them shrimps for shrimp cocktails and barbecues and all. And since we were the only boat left standing, "Bubba-Gump" shrimp's what they got. We got a whole bunch of boats. Twelve Jenny's, a big ol' warehouse, we even have hats that says "Bubba-Gump" on 'em. "Bubba-Gump Shrimp." It's a household name.

A minha última passagem por NY foi breve, apenas para dar uma volta mesmo e fazer a última passada na loja da Virgin, que tem muuuuitas camisetas legais, além das últimas voltas pela 5th Ave e por Times Square.
O almoço foi no Bubba Gump, um restaurante temático do filme Forrest Gump, se alguém ai se lembra de quando ele abre uma empresa de pesca de camarão no filme. O restaurante é de frutos do mar mesmo, o pessoal que foi comigo adora a comida de lá, dizem que é muito boa.
