This was the table from Scott's Birthday Brunch in late January. Seafoam, Turquoise, Ivory ( new and old ) and lemongrass with Chartreuse vase and candleholders.
When a man has been single for as many years as I, life is reduced to its basic truths: Cook or starve!
Now if only I had a maid to clean up my mess. ;-)
Today was going to be a mummy and B day as she isnt back to school till tomorrow. Smidge was at nursery all day, hubby went back to work and im off till Thursday so it worked out perfectly.
B wanted to go out for breakfast down at Royal William Yard then she wanted to go to Clay art down on the Barbican but today was a day when nothing went right.
I rang Clay art to book a table to make sure we could get in but its closed till friday, then there was a little case of the storm battering all of us.
When we got to Royal William the bakery that B wanted to go to was closed so we went to another lovely place called Seco, we had to cross over the path to get there but let me tell you that was no easy task, I was holding on to B so tightly as we were both fighting the battering wind but we made it in one piece.
We had a lovely breakfast then decided on a plan of action, we went to buy some fabric so we could have another afternoon of craft sewing. An hour into it my husband came home and then we had a phonecall from the nursery, Smidge had a temperature of 39'C so I went to collect her. The afternoon ended up with Smidge cuddling into me and falling asleep. Poor B didnt get the day she wanted but hopefully we can do Clay art over the weekend.

This graph depicts photos taken during the last year which match the tag brunch. They have been placed on the graph according to the date and hour of the day of the photo was taken.
As you can see, brunch typically happens only on one or two days of the week (can you guess what those days are?) and most folks don't pull out their cameras until well after 1 or 2 pm (before this everyone is busy gulping down waffles & mimosas).
Brunch is a tag which has a strong time correlation, like "fullmoon" and "sunset" (see the preceding images in this stream).
I'm in the process of trying some less obviously time-correlated tags to see what turns up. The next graph in this stream shows accidents.
Also, there are a healthy number of brunch photographers whose cameras are 12 hours off. Mom?
