"And how can you mend a broken heart?
How can you stop the rain from falling down?
How can you stop the sun from shining?
What makes the world go round?
How can you mend a this broken man?
How can a loser ever win?
Please help me mend my broken heart and let me live again"
How Can You Mend a Broken Heart - Bee Gees
We all feel like this sometimes, the inner self laying naked and broken on the ground, curled in the foetal position. Unable to move but somehow we feel secure laying here so we stay just a little while longer.

The computer bleeped every time we moved the mouse, as if it was some sort of an error. God I love the broken stuff laying around in ICT
"And such a wall, as I would have you think,
That had in it a crannied hole or chink," Midsummer Night's Dream Shakespeare
It wasn't me!
The wood chippings in my neighbour's garden tell the story - a little bush got bigger and bigger and was pushing the wall down :)
The hereios of the We're Here! group have paid a visit to the Broken & Fractious group today - thanks to alourikat.
"Broken Beauty" is a statue by local Ocala artist Stephanie Giera done for the 10th anniversary of "Horse Fever," a public arts display to raise money for the Marion Cultural Alliance. This anniversary saw 27 new horse statues created and painted by local artists, each sponsored by local businesses, to be displayed for several months before being auctioned off at a later date.
Info about Horse Fever can be found here.

Taipei, Taiwan.
This was supposed to be a portrait of my friends, but sadly my GF670 was broken, and I didn't really realize it until later. Just another excuse to get me back to Taiwan!

Now I know why the freezer wasn't working. I'm going to try and fix it and then hopefully it might defrost again.
