Brioche is one of our Buff Orpington hens--yes, an English breed with a French name. These things will happen. ;) She and her Orp siblings are all very sweet and very friendly, a joy to have around.
This was clicked sometime in February.
Baked at home, the melting in the mouth type.
Brioche is something of a cross between a bread and a cake. (a rich rich butter bread)
This can also be used as dessert with cream filling.
