One of the wolves at Colchester in the middle of rolling around on the carpet the keepers had just sprayed. Not sure what the sprayed but the wolves liked it.
While I was in Birmingham for a couple of days, I decided to take some shots of the Bullring. It hasn't really been photographed enough has it? Feeling uninspired by that building, due to all the identikit shots taken by photographers before me, I wandered off and found these guys.
Collectively known as MDK, these are my least awful shots of them in action. They will be visiting Liverpool soon, so I'm hoping I might manage to shoot a bit better and do them justice.
Multiple posting this morning to get a few 'family' themed holiday snaps up on flickr and submitted to getty in time for this months 'artist's picks'.

Strobist-ism: 540ez with blue gel and cereal box snoot to camera right pointed down at b-boy. 540ez handheld to direct left of camera through whiskey bottle cylinder (about 15" directly above b-boy).
I had no idea anyone still did this. I remember when it was all the craze in the 80's, and no, I was never that daring.
