While I was in Birmingham for a couple of days, I decided to take some shots of the Bullring. It hasn't really been photographed enough has it? Feeling uninspired by that building, due to all the identikit shots taken by photographers before me, I wandered off and found these guys.
Collectively known as MDK, these are my least awful shots of them in action. They will be visiting Liverpool soon, so I'm hoping I might manage to shoot a bit better and do them justice.

A lot of the circus kids came along to the party, and when the music was turned up and faster songs lined up on the playlist, they got dancing with some impromptu breakdancing moves. Some of these kids are super talented.

I think the older gentleman was trying to tell me that someone would hassle me about taking a video. I'm not sure. At any rate, these guys were amazing. Wish I could've gotten a smidge more video of them. The time that you are in-between stations on the subway like this--with a bunch of strangers, all of you watching a performance or a pitch--is kind of magical.
