A Sri Lankan boy runs out of the water. Does he have to get something? Did something sting him? We do not know. In the background typical Sri Lankan fishing boats.
The restaurant´s picturesque location by Siglufjord marina creates the opportunity for its guests to view local fishermen bring in their catch of the day, which later might end on Hannes Boy´s dishes.
The name, Hannes Boy, comes from an old sailor that used to spend his time outside of the newly renovated houses. He was popular with the locals and the kids which is where he got his name “BOY” from.

I was looking for some rare species @ this altitude .. And finally spotted him .. initially he was very shy and keep away from me .. So I was behind him almost for a km up-hill .. imagine running up Hill at this Altitude 4400m (14500 ft) .. I was breathing high .. But finely he gave me time .. And I really enjoyed the moments .. Thanks to him for allowing me to capture n enjoy his presence with me .. Happy Birding 🍀

This is Big Boy the crow. He's been coming around for a couple of months now with his mate. She is very shy but he has become quite friendly. We live in a very rural location so wildlife is very wild so I'm thrilled to have him be a part of my life everyday. Even if he does start cawing right outside my bedroom window at 5am every morning.
