“Circumstances!?! I make circumstances.”

Napoleon Bonaparte

Yeah, she said that too...

It must be the hat that made her channel the guy....

To the fucking heartless bonehead who abandoned an indoor cat in the cold and in the danger, before Christmas, just because he was messing around the house: Worthless trash of a "human", you suck! Hope you'll get the smackdown you deserve. ASAP :)

So I know I'm pretty late to the party, but man, the holiday's are hard to schedule around! I'm finally getting back into my groove, and what a great way to really start off my 2017, than with this fantastic figure!

Myles has done it again, bringing us probably one of, if not the most sorely lacking versions of Green Arrow in the Lego community! It's amazing that no one has jumped on printing a Bronze Age/Neal Adams GA until now! Seriously, if you haven't already, go buy this fig! CyclopsBricks are selling a couple color variants of this fig (Bright/Dark Green) and almost immediately they've both been prepped for many projects to come! It's a good price for a fig, great quality PAD Printing ...yeah this sounds like an ad or something... (They didn't pay me to do this!) :P

(To tell you the truth though, the Dark Green fig is sold with a hood, and the bright green is sold with the cap. I combined the two for the sake of artistic integrity, but I figured I should probably point it out so no one gets upset :P)

Anyway, this alley build was a pretty quick set up with just a bunch of greebling, nothing fancy. It's kinda inspired a teeny tiny bit by my love for Phil Hester's and Bruce Timm's re-design's of the character and their respective Star City's!

Patreon has a few more images of the build if you wanna check those out, plus an alternate take of this image as well!

Yeah geez, all I want now is a Black Canary to accompany him! You hear that Myles? Get on it! :P

ps. GO BUY THIS FIG SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE FIGS! I don't think I could stress that enough :P

Early morning stillness at Rannoch Moor, Scotland. There's a busy road 180° behind this scene but it's still a tranquil place to enjoy the light and reflections.

I uploaded the three remaining photos I had queued (and letting flickr choose which one is on top), there's little difference between them, but I'm now done with uploads from Rannoch moor until if and when I go back there.

Congratulations to Scotland on the elections, fair and square way to resolve an issue, that's the way to do it, no one cut each others heads off, or shoot down a civilian airline, or bomb a market or form a rebel militia. A lesson for the boneheads living just a 3 hours flight away.

On the 7th The Bonehead was quick to discover

where his precious bone had been hidden.

Actually I had placed it there as we were leaving

the trip before. But on the 7th he raced right

to it, retrieved the bone and off he went.

Note the pointy parts on the palm bow.

They will rip you to pieces real fast !

OK, now for todays run to the m/c field.

Not going to happen and here's why ;-(

Yesterday I was all excited to get

the canopy frame re-welded.

Couldn't go anywhere

until that was done.

Plan was to leave early this morning

for the mud cobra field so the dogs

could race around having big fun.

5:AM I'm up mentally making plans.

Problem is my body doesn't like

the plans and is complaining.

So I had to bow my head and agree with no# 1.

Today the new plan is to stay home and rest.

I hate it when that happens but it does happen.

So now the new plan is to make plans for tomorrow.

Furthermore I admit, and am guilty of,

lifting the canopy frame yesterday.

And now I'm paying for it ;-0-

So who's really The Bonehead now ?

No problem, I'll be on the move tomorrow ;-)

A Big Thank You goes out to those who

have been helping us with donations ;-)

We can't save the world but we can

change the world for a few animals.

Hopefully we will be able to arrange

a ride out to the temple real soon.

That means caring for MKM's

dogs, Blondie and Molly.

The nuns feed them everyday but

they need some hands-on lovin 2.

We are desperately looking for

someone who would like to

sponsor Ms Molly, please.

Thank You.

Shrouded by mystery, it is believed that once they walked the ground of Spherus Magna like any other being but these records have long been lost to time.

It is believed they could be immortal and capable of changing vessels and even travel without a form to keep themselves secret from the rest of the world

Still, While many deny their existence in the first place, records supposedly left by these beings around Spherus Magna mention two names and often together, implying some kind of hierarchy might exist within them

There is a Santa! First time I've caught this one at FLL in decent sun, ending weeks of frustration with our wetter than usual winter.

Don't get me wrong, I still don't like the grey fuselage that some bonehead at AA thot was ok for their round of heritage jets. But it's less apparent in direct sun and with the bright AirCal colors.

It's that time of year again, so I thought I should upload this bike I built a while back. (It's not an entry, just thought I might as well post it).

This was inspired by (read ripped off from) Ted Andes's Knucklehead Speederbike, as I liked the idea of shrinking the Trailblazer and wanted to try my hand at a variant. Due to parts availability and the fact that I preferred the front steering vanes, it ended up being a bit of a regression to the brilliant original Trailblazer design. It is, however, shorter, and has an upright seating position.

Hope to have some new bikes out soon, got some ideas already.

Critiques welcome.

Take your boneheads and leave...

This was the tightest turning jet of the three ship that departed that morning, this jet really does look better at this kind of angle, rather than its side on profile, in my opinion.

Yeah, I’m posting another pic today XD

The Fortune Teller- a captive Native American who can see a few days into the future. Captain Marron Thrasher keeps him for treasure hunting and travel safety purposes.

First Mate Rojo Thrasher- Captain Thrasher’s young and arrogant first mate and son. He is the best swordsman on the Atlantic Ocean.

Captain Marron Thrasher- the smartest, richest, and most successful pirate captain to ever sail the seas. Captain Thrasher commands a fleet of ships large enough to challenge the British Royal Navy. Despite all his accomplishments, there is still one treasure he desires to get...

Ol’ Captain Bonehead- formerly know as Captain Jack Skell, went searching for the greatest treasure: the fountain of youth. He found it, however, drinking from it didn’t give him youth, but instead gave him immortality. His body still aged, but he could never die. To protect others from this curse, Bonehead (the name he gave himself after forgetting his own) guards the fountain of youth.

Royal Captain Reginald- a naval captain who lost his wife during one of Thrasher’s pillages and vowed revenge against all pirates. He is hunting down Captain Thrasher especially.

on a side note, I was a bonehead and forgot to check and adjust my camera orientation on the night I shot RGB other than centering the galaxy so the orientation was a little off compared to the Luminance and as a result the edges don't have color. I am sure very few would notice, but it bugs me so I will reshoot RGB next time I have the scope out, but just in case you are one of the handful that noticed, that is the reason.

Eobard Thawne can be anagrammed into "Bonehead Wart" or "Rawboned Hate." But I think both terms could aptly describe the man in yellow [hair] who bragged of sexual assault, bent over backwards for a tyrannical Soviet dictator, and promised to destroy so many hard-fought human rights throughout his inconceivably successful bid for the presidency. I am utterly shocked, saddened, and terrified by the results of this election.

As with the incumbency of any new world leader, we look trepidatiously ahead at our uncertain future. May God give us love, understanding, and grace as we make this journey together.

Yes, this is really fire. I decided that I was going to be a bonehead and give a little trick I came across a try. It was my first attempt at it. I somehow managed to do this without burning myself. Kids, don’t try this at home, lol!

That's all anyone lost in the surf after dark could want, I'd hazard a guess. And, that's just what one surfer got while I was shooting a long exposure near the place where this was made.

There were some very favorable facts that averted a tragedy that evening: The State Parks Lifeguards and emergency personnel are stationed close-by, the man was not injured, and the bonehead who took this finally opened up to buying a cellphone.

I have to say I almost shrugged the cries for help off as more screwing around by morons. There were, in fact, two men much closer to the surfer that absolutely and unequivocally dismissed the man's calls for help. And, I guess that factored into my mind standing there holding the phone. Good night to be an independent thinker! Help means help.

I really liked the fast response and the badass lifeguards who could give a harbor seal a run for his money swimming in that mess at night.

You can see the squiggly light trails of people going up and down the cliff trail.

Thanks for having a look and being safe!

When BIONICLE is rebooted (a second time), I hope they go this old-school with it! These "Boneheads of Voodoo Island" are an homage to what I love most about BIONICLE: its unique tribal-meets-mechanical whimsy, which I think the first waves of both Gen. 1 and Gen. 2 captured so well.

With these Boneheads, I wanted to go back to—or, actually, go radically further past—BIONICLE's beginning in two ways. First, I've chosen to imagine the intellectual property had stayed somewhere in its infancy (i.e., when BIONICLE was still "Boneheads of Voodoo Island"); second, I've opted to design these characters in an "older" technology vocabulary than normal BIONICLE characters. I'm really happy with the genre these two choices, working in tandem, have evoked.
