No, really. It isn't.
You see... carrots are a vitamin-rich vegetable. It provides an excellent resource for vitamins B, C, D and E. And considering that you are supposed to eat 5-10 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, you should definitely eat more than one.
...although I don't really sugest you to only eat carrots or your skin might become sort of yellowish-orange.

On a late evening in March, BNSF 9080 follows the Colorado River as it leads a westbound trackage rights train through Bond. With temperatures quickly falling, it will be a long, cold night along the Western Slope of the Rocky Mountains.
