They were a little past their best, but still lovely. My hayfever wasn't impressed though.
Wow, no. 71 in Explore this morning. Thanks all.
#9 at its highest. Wow!
*explored-october 15, 2008. thank you all very much for the views, comments and faves.*
it was one of those night... quiet, cloudy and ka boom! lightning on the horizon. as i hurried to set up the tri pod the lightning kept on coming. once i finished i fired off a few shots to test the exposure... and the pause in between lightning started to get longer with every interval. keep in mind... this is only about a minute or two from reaching for the tripod and setting it up. so all in all i got about three successful shots that night. this is one of them =)
Still feeling very experimental.

A name inspired by my son who also liked this flower that I took this Summer under the gazing sunlight. The bokeh really framed and created a magical feeling. Sometimes I take my photos and look at them alter on to find the ones I truly appreciate.
Hope you like it. HBW!
This is what happens when you wake up at 11:00 pm after falling asleep from drinking a few too many glasses of wine. You see your new lensbaby creative aperture kit and go crazy!
Happy Bokeh Wednesday!
My first picture to make the Front Page on Explore :)
This is a macroshot of some moss in our garden. I pointed the lense right into it (did not expect a keeper). I liked what I found on my memorycard afterward. It´s kind of abstract and bokehlicious ;-)
Please feel free to give me some critique and feedback: Describe the image in terms of your general feeling or impression. Tell me what you like or dislike about the photograph, and why. That could help me a big deal doing better in the future. THANKS!
Das Wiental ist bei Hütteldorf mittlerweile eine wirkliche Oase geworden. Mehr Grünruhelage in Stadtnähe geht schon nicht mehr. Findet offenbar auch die Bachstelze. | The Wiental has become a true oasis recently. The Whte Wagtail seems to agree.
