I haven't posted here for a while so this is a shot I took a month or so ago down at Longniddry.
This is a well photographed spot but the wreck is really falling apart with about 30% missing since I last looked a few years back.
Looking through my last years shots - longing for summer. This was shot in Athens.

I saw several of these Boat-tailed Grackles at Wakodahatchee Wetlands last April. Such a marvelous iridescence on these birds!
Taken 6 April 2019 at Wakodahatchee Wetlands, Florida.
I got to the Mill Pond before first light. I had finished my coffee and wandered off to the far side of thhe Mill Pond when I heard the sound of a boat’s engine. I hurried back around the pond and got there just in time to click a few shots of this boat coming in. I didn’t expect to get anything worth having those shots, but Photoshop can do some amazing things these days. This was shot at ISO 65,535 and to say it was grainy would be like saying water is wet. I suspect this boat is a one man operation. Later I walked past him as he was sorting through his catch; he didn’t seem happy. That afternoon I overheard a couple of locals talking about how there were plenty of shrimp to be caught but the price so low you couldn’t make a profit.
I processed and textured this picture in Photoshop

Boat fishing at Topiary Park in Columbus, Ohio. The park, fully recreates the scene depicted in Georges Seurat’s famous painting "A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte" by the sculptor James T. Mason and his wife Elaine to make a topiary sculpture for their backyard.
Ultimately spiraling well beyond backyard-project scale, the couple pitched the idea to the city of Columbus, and work on the installation began in 1989 with the creation of artificial hills and the digging of a pond to stand in for the River Seine. James shaped the bronze frames and planted the associated greenery, and Elaine served as the original topiarist.
