Kluster Magnets. launching in October! Hey, we’re Robert and Paula, and we’ve been playing, designing, and improving Kluster game since 2006. Now we’re excited to share it with the world for the first time! Kluster is easy to learn, fun to play, and you can easily take it with you anywhere. Put your cell phones away and play a game where you actually interact with each other! With lots of love, Bob & Paula. The Back Story. Kluster was designed by Robert & Paula Henning back in 2006... Over the years it has been continually enhanced as the game gets played with more friends & a few drinks! We put it away for years & have now decided to bring it back out to share with the world. Anyone can play, just about anywhere! In your favorite bar, on your boat, in school, on the beach, etc. It thrills us to develop Kluster to bring families, friends & strangers together to play a table top game again! Learn more about us at: www.klustermagnets.com

HUGE thanks to all the volunteers who plan and run the BoardGameGeek convention each year! Jeff and I had a fantastic time.

Every year in mid-November, Jeff and I attend a board gaming convention called BGG in Dallas, Texas. For us, it's a chance to catch up with gaming friends, make new friends and play some games. I find that each year, it becomes more about the people and less about the games. I do a lot of livetweeting from my gaming acct: twitter.com/BGGgirl.

Feel free to scoop any for personal use or to promote the convention; a photo credit would be appreciated when possible (either tag me, link to @BGGgirl on Twitter, or "Photo: Debbie Ridpath Ohi" etc.). Because I took a LOT of photos and also have to dive into work catch-up, I am unable to fulfill individual requests (e.g. "Could you please send me that photo you took of me on Saturday"); it's why I'm uploading high res versions to Flickr.

Please don't tag people unless you're sure they won't mind being tagged.

Meanwhile, I'm already counting down the days until next year's BGG convention!! You can find out more about BGG events at boardgamegeek.com/bggcon and the website/community at boardgamegeek.com/

This photoset contains images from the Battling Tops Tops Tournament. And yes, I'm talking about the children's game first published by Idea back in 1968. At BGG, attendees take the contest to a whole new level. :-)
