Morning Glory seed head taken last week before #blizzard2016 struck!
Theme: Rule
Rule of Thirds is just one of many composition rules for photographers.
Happy Macro Monday everyone!
The day after Snowzilla - the adult neighbors shoveled, the kids played. Being somewhere between adult and kid, I chose to take photos.

Early morning snowshoeing on the path that follows Bushkill Creek near Easton PA the morning after the Blizzard of 2016
She was actually watching a bird fly by, but the timing of the shot was perfect for the 'worshiping of the sun' look ;)
The sun was beautiful today.

The after post to the in-blizzard photo: Mt. Vernon Trail Amidst Jonas. This is what Dykes Marsh on the GW Parkway looked like two days after Jonas passed through Washington, DC. You can see the mound from the plows and the still snow covered Mt. Vernon Trail.
In fairness to our next door neighbor she was not checking for mail but was adjusting her camera while shooting her children sledding in the front yard. I wasn't really looking for a photo op this morning but rather was testing out the Classic Chrome setting on my Fuji. Could not resist catching the tension between this huge mass of snow and the single, solitary figure.
Composed using the "Rule of 64ths." : ))
