Closer still. Roar pose. A step back from all the sculpting on on the head around the mouth. Instead using simple bump mapping. The bump mapping on the right side of his face still needs to be cleaned up, but the left side is nice.

A ring sizer in aluminium based upon I bought a while ago and just opened. its a sizer as its soft aluminium and had ridges for markings (Bevel: 0.05mm, Scale 0.998, Scale in X 2). A mandrel would be steel and have steps at each size I think, the steel hittability is the real indicator.
Every line is Exactly correct using the Knife project method. Still pissed off that blender knife only works on planes and not lines like the 2.48version does. Means you are constantly extruding them as planes, then having to delete extra verts that should not be there in the Fn first place.
Grooves are 0.05mm bevel with 0.998 scale and then scale 200% in X. not quite the correct way to due it as smaller is shallower but it shows up and that counts.

UK 3 Pin Plug based upon BS-1632 ony thing that does not match the specs is the body as I flipped the wall side 180° and used the spec shape on the user side. Why, because every plug I have follows this pattern.
Problems, the usual bevel shading rounded shading errors, so 64 bevels are needed to kinda sort it out. The Screws are wrong shape and the hole flipped and filled due to the modifier stack freaking out. Thats why the ring is around the wire.
