Great trees in gray

Red deer meat with braised short ribs and hedgehog mushroom - red cabbage and caramelized onion sauce = red deer meat cooked perfectly

- sauce a tad too sweet to my taste

- deer meat was so silky and tender and game flavour retained - outstanding

A late dinner of burger, mushroom dip (a bit salty), squash blossom sandwich with green/ripe tomato and mozzarella, and carbonated white wine. Gluten FTW.
