This adult was seen perched in a tall tree in the Baluran National Park in NE Java in early September. This race can be found from Myanmar to s China, SE Asia and Indonesia, another race occurs across India and Sri Lanka.

I would say that one of the best places to see this species in Africa is in the Cape National Park. We hardly had a moment when at least one bird was not soaring high over the cliffs. We also had great views in Langebaan Quarry on the SW coast. This species is found Locally in Africa south of the Sahara and in the s Arabian Peninsula.

The T-50 Golden Eagle is a family of South Korean supersonic advanced trainers and multirole fighters, developed by Korea Aerospace Industries beginning in the late 1990s. The T-50 is South Korea's first indigenous supersonic aircraft and one of the world's few supersonic trainers. It took its maiden flight in 2002 and entered active service with the Republic of Korea Air Force in 2005.
