I have been doing quite a bit of photography the past 3 years, but i haven't really posted anything during the pandemic. I will try posting more soon.
Today I am posting some of the paintings, drawings, and ref photos i have made over the past 3 years.
I have a pretty strong drawing background, but I tended to do photography over the past 20 years, but i'm working a bit more on drawing and painting during the pandemic than i was previously.
So, take a look at some of these. I've mostly been giving paintings and drawings to family and friends, although i've had a few published photos over the years, and used to have Zazzle and Cafepress products.

Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge is a wildlife conservation area along the coast of Texas, it is behind Bolivar Peninsula at the Gulf of Mexico.
Just as I was getting ready to give up finding this bird, it actually flew right in front of me. Wow!
This is not something often caught! Yellow Bitterns hang out at our sites, but in an average banding year, perhaps one will be caught. If it weren't for the long neck and long legs, they would be the same size as a pigeon.
