The realisation that you've missed the 'bus' and been left behind by the rest of society and that sexual experiences plus everything to do with dating and relationships (even friendships) are not in the curriculum of adult life for you from a particular point going forward as that chapter was 'cancelled' or simply never really present at all.

Embrace it as letting go of it opens up so much more time/energy for actually enjoying your life as your own person.
