They were filming outside the shop a couple of weeks ago. The scene is her "jumping " from our roof top to the one you see pictured. But, they are going to make it look like she almost missed landing on it & she dangles from the edge for a bit.
This is a Bionic Woman series pilot that they were filming.
Pro tip: If you are ever driving down a dark, two-lane road at 80mph on a moonless night, don't get bored and decide to press and hold the "Start" button.

Someone's VERY happy with his new bionic arm. The Mark II arm is pretty decent. Not perfect, but it will turn and so will suffice for now. Just so he's happy. :)
