Modification of the Binary scarf from Knitty, for Willow. Done in double knitting instead of circular; it's going to have one sentence in binary code at each end and be blank in the middle. (Willow chose the code-- the section shown here says "we are the machine" and the other end will say "the machine is us.") The blue yarn is Plymouth Dream Baby DK colorway 109 (50% acrylic microfiber, 50% nylon) and the grey is Dale of Norway Baby Ull colorway 0007 (100% superwash wool).
Just some b&w editing I did of a photo I uploaded sometime back.
I realized I have completely caught up with my back log just in time to take some time off again.
I will be sporadic for a month. Need to get exams done with. After that, I am not looking back.

Four Score and Seven Years Ago, our land was not without folly nor without bounty. This maze of an Ameba was created to rid some of that folly and gain a bit more of that bounty, by drawing it while I was also binary options trading online using a secure platform on optionsclick and got a nice little snag of cool artwork from the ordeal.
People who understand binary and people who don't.
bm bm tssss.
So, my spaces project has finally taken some direction. it's going to involve a strange kind of backdrop, a fisheye lens, a studio, a projector, 10 representative items and 10 friendly people. Did I forget to mention the matts? I'm doing something with them too.
It's just a conceptual idea of a non tangible space, something that after I'm finished, I'll want to build on. it's been a mammoth task of researching to come this far, you see.
Uni now, lots to do.

Nothing outstanding here (you are looking at my photostream, after all ;). Just another one of the experiments I've been fascinated with lately. I'd seen this concept somewhere before, I believe on one of my contacts photostreams (if you think you deserve credit let me know - I searched for the picture I remembered in my head for about an hour in various photostreams). A brilliant idea, the photographer used film (if I remember correctly) and took one typical sunset exposure then flipped the camera over and double exposed the film with the reciprocated image. Previously, when I had found out that the D40 offered the strange ability to (in a way) double expose in camera I nearly had a hart attack. (I've been looking to upgrade to a cheaper old manual film Nikon for a while... I hear the FM2 is quite nice.) So, when I was out one evening earlier this month, I decided to give a couple different ideas a whirl. This was my favorite brainchild of the bunch.
Postscript as of January 26th,
I found the original inspiration for this shot. It turned out to be from Zeb Andrews' photostream (I initially had a hunch it was: his work has been among the most inspiring to me, on Flickr and otherwise). I linked his image below.
Drawing made while trading binary options and just letting my mind wander and make abstract art that is of no thought or cohesive purpose

No, no es Tatooine. Está tomada desde el Puente Cuyo Nombre No Recuerdo, hacia el poniente (obviamente). El sol se refleja en el edificio de Telefónica.

The binary numeral system, or base-2 number system, is a numeral system that represents numeric values using two symbols, usually 0 and 1. More specifically, the usual base-2 system is a positional notation with a radix of 2. Owing to its straightforward implementation in electronic circuitry, the binary system is used internally by virtually all modern computers. from Wikipedia
experimenting for cwd181: Technology - It's a huge part of our lives...it's everywhere. But can you make an interesting image based on it? Snapshots of iPods laying on the kitchen table probably don't cut it.
