At least not on the front deck. The frog was croaking very loudly and had a frantic tone to his froggy voice so I looked out the window. Those are 2 by 4's so you can see how long that snake is. The next photo over has a closer view of him, if you care. Personally I don't ever want to see him again. And please don't tell me that snakes have an important role to play in the ecological system. I don't care. I don't like them!!

This big brown snake (approx. 2m long) decided it really wanted to join our Flickr meet at Point Hut, and nearly slithered straight through our picnic.

 

It was about 1m away from us when I spotted it. 1st reaction - aughh! move! 2nd reaction - where's my camera?!

This big brown snake wanted to join our picnic, or at least get through it to the bush on the other side. After we realised it was getting peeved because us mad photographers kept getting in it's way, we let it go on through. It was about 2m long.
