A beautiful Bianchi at the Weatherford Peach Pedal. Same make of bike I ride, though hers is a few years older than mine is. Downtube shifters and real frame lugs. Mine is welded steel, which is not as nice looking, imo. I do love my Campy Ergo Shifters, though.
my 2005 Bianchi Giro triple with full 105 and Mavic cosmos wheelset. Upgrades include Fizik aliante sport saddle and Fizik microtex bar tape,Vittoria rubino III tires, Cannondale C3 stem, Ritchey headset and Keo carbon pedals. It is a 57 cm that weighs in at about 18 lbs with its carbon fork and seatstays.

This is my bianchi castro valley frame. I stripped all the parts (except for the headset) off of it this weekend to take a good long look at just the frame. I'm trying to decide what to do with it. On the one hand I could just build it back up (after replacing the bottom bracket and a few other parts). Or I could get it sandblasted and repainted. Or I could do neither and just sell it.
Nice features of this frame. Lots and lots of brazeons. Clearance for great big tires. I can fit 42mm tires w/o fenders or 35mm w/fenders.
Original specs: www.bianchiusa.com/06-bicycles/06-specialty/06-castro-val... - except the rims I have on it are better - dt-swiss, hand built wheels instead of the alex-ace machine-builts.
Since I destroyed the Michelin's a few weeks back I got some Maxxis RAZE in a 700x35c. A bit more weight to throw around yet great on rolling resistance and grip. When I rolled up to the starting line I heard some guy in the back ground say " is that a pista?" hahahahahahahah
