For between £500 - £600, this set up is a great option for the enthusiast who wants to shoot full frame, but hasn't got the money for a D750. The AF Nikkor 24-120mm f/3.5-5.6 D series lens not the sharpest tool in Nikon's arsenal of lenses, but it is a great option as an everyday walkabout lens.
What's left of the Autumn colours and the first snows of the Winter along the banks of the River Don, Aberdeen
Taken in March 2016, this sums up why I take everyday scenes. So much has changed in a fairly short time. The street lamps have been changed to LED lighting. Any of the concrete railings left have been changed to a thinner metal. They are forever being hit by vehicles - last time I went down there, there was temporary fencing over two sections. The big change is the Council built flats in the background which have gone to be replaced by modern (and expensive) replacements. Finally the buses here on Route 313 have gone to South London and it's now operated by double-deck New Routemasters.

This ensemble of buildings is practically around the corner from me and yet I only became aware of it through Miss JuliSonne. Sometimes the interesting is so close.
The brick building was built in 1928 as a substation inside a closed apartment block. It was also used as such until the early 1990s. Today serves as a "creative forge" for print products and storage rooms.

Hair by no.match _NO_PUNCH
(to get this look I combined NO_PUNCH with red bow and added the rigged bangs from NO_WITNESS by no.match. The hairbase is by siix.)
One storm had just passed, but another was on its way.

Fotosöndag - emellan
Min tanke med bilden är att det är mellan sommar och vinter, fast det finns fler mellan i bilden.
Swedish group PhotoSunday theme - in between and my thought is that this is between summer and winter but there are other in betweens in the picture.
A view from a beautiful old city Heusden, The Netherlands.
"Heusden is a restored fortified town in the Dutch municipality of Heusden (province of North Brabant), located on the Bergsche Maas. It has about 1500 inhabitants (2007). In 1968 a start was made on restoring the fortified town of Heusden in the old style. This large-scale restoration project ran for forty years. Heusden is the capital of the Land van Heusden. Nearest towns are Waalwijk southwest of Heusden and 's-Hertogenbosch in the east. (translated with Google)

Subway station Stephansplatz in Hamburg. It is not entirely true, that on this picture, nothing is in focus. I tend to believe, my focus was sharp as a tack, just not visually.

Topography of Terror Documentation Center
Berlin
Between 1933 and 1945, the central institutions of Nazi persecution and terror – the Secret State Police Office with its own “house prison,” the leadership of the SS and, during the Second World War, the Reich Security Main Office – were located on the present-day grounds of the “Topography of Terror” that are next to the Martin Gropius Building and close to Potsdamer Platz.
