The CEO CookOff is a joint initiative of OzHarvest and Qantas. The event will bring together celebrity chefs and CEOs and aims to put the spotlight on the issue of food security and the challenges faced by youth in crisis and Indigenous communities, whilst raising much needed funds for OzHarvest, Tribal Warrior and Life Changing Experiences.
Heading across to the west coast, the third installation of Best Chef for Best Health Magazine featured David Gunawan of Farmer's Apprentice.
I had just caught David while he was overseas on a mega tour of Asia, and was super grateful he was able to take the time out of his vacation to speak with me for this interview.

Canada's Jeremy Charles is making waves internationally for his unique take on Canadian cuisine, much of it rooted in Newfoundland tradition, ingredients and with a deep sense of place.
Surprisingly, the kind and incredibly photogenic chef is still relatively unknown throughout the country.
It's a treat for anyone able to visit this incredibly beautiful part of the country and to dine at Raymonds dining room. I can't wait to return.
Truly one of Canada's (if not the country's) top chef.
