I spent part of the day yesterday with Troy playing with chalk. He practiced writing his name, we made a hopscotch, we drew Angry Birds lol it was a nice day.

Many things inspire me ... Troy is my number one inspiration. He's brave. He's strong. He's funny. He's smart. He's just amazing.

I'm also so grateful that he is sweet enough to participate in taking pictures for me. Sometimes without any bribery too :).

What inspires you?

I think I want to start a series of these...

Nuthatch with a sunflower heart.

Well, Tiffany is the paperqueen, of course! Her creations are always amazing and happy and colorful. I hope to have time and create a card in honour of Susanne, too! Tfl!

I love Jacqueline's Spring . I love she used the faded jeans distress ink so beautifully and the white embossed image+ pearls gave it so much elegance.

Thank you Jacqueline for all the very romatic/shabby chic inspirations!! They are all so elegant and soft.

Card created for the "be inspired" challenge at Hero Arts. I love Lucy's use of repetition & string on her cards & thought I would make up a quick card for my dad for Father's Day. TFL!

Apparently this is not something new, but it was new to me! Thank you s@ssayl@assy for telling me how you achieved this effect! (go check out her stream! It's fabulous!) www.flickr.com/photos/sassylassy22/

Set up. Find a picture you like on an iPad or other type of tablet and place a spoon over the part of the image you want to reflect in the spoon!

I also used my Lensbaby to achieve the heart bokeh.

Hope everyone has a LOVEly week!

Can you guess who inspired me just by the Creative Tree stamps??!!! Yes, it's the lovely Lucy! As others have said, I too bought the Creative Tree stamps after I saw Lucy's beautiful creations. I was also inspired by the lovely bright elephant card Lucy did for her day on the blog, so I decided to do some embossed trees on bright cardstock with the kraft background. I'm thrilled with how it's turned out! Thanks so much Lucy for being so inspiring!!!

Just a small card that I can just picture Tiffany WHIPPING UP.....of course hers would be PERFECT!! Not too hard to figure out how I put this together. I always LOVE Tiffany's clean and FRESH style.

Thank you SO MUCH for looking.

Love, Karen

Well I wanted to make a "Lin" card. When I think of Lin ...I think of blue and flowers, so off to my supplies I go....only to find out I dont have blue paper, just turquoise lol! It is in the blue family right??? I also know Lin is a fellow quilter so I added some stitching to look like patchwork quilting for my colour blocks.

The tag was made with the new water stamping technique I learned from Jennifer in her Thinking Inking class Part 1.

HA stamps: CL298-Scattered Leafs, CL139-Birthday Messages, K5107-Screen Shadow, and S5032-Design Block Stencil.

Tim's inks: Broken China, Shabby Shutters, and Dusty Concord.

I never use my pencils or Kraft enough...

Was cleaning up some scraps off my floor and playing with pencils and brights....

Thanks for looking.....

And Thanks Lucy and Jennifer for the inspiration.....

Sometimes, we don't learn it the first time. That's okay. It takes practice and time to master a skill. #ExpectationTherapy - bit.ly/ExpectationBook

I was inspired by Lin's card here www.flickr.com/photos/bearpaw14/3324577826/

I used the tiny flower in the elephant set to create the wisteria bloom, and the vine was created using the leaves and branches in the bird branch alphabet set.

Today I chose joy. Joy is a conscious choice, not just a feeling that comes naturally. (Inspire, Be Inspired, Encourage, Motivate 6.2.25)

This is the LO of Tif's that I was inspired by: www.flickr.com/photos/myfairytalebook/3279258718/ I really like how she used one photo to showcase her subject (something I rarely do, and not enjoyed by my DD!)

This card from Tiffany Garden Inspiration Friend really makes me want to try to creating a card using her fabulous design...... but last night I can make this 4 cards with her design. I made it with the size 10 x 10 cm.

I really love her paper and I have got this all yummy paper from 2 very kind ladies in the USA...many thanks dear Ladies for your YUMMY papers...I really appreciate your kindness...

Dear Tiffany, thanks for the Inspiration :)

Thanks for looking :)

I was inspried by Tiff's card here. www.flickr.com/photos/myfairytalebook/3598401225/ . Also there are so many with this lovely girl that I'm inspired by too. To many to list sorry :(

I had to make my DD a Birthday Card so that means it had to be a pretty special with lots of thought. She loves cupcakes so...for the cupcake I scored the paper wrapper and bent it to make it 3D. Poured lots of "Flower Soft" in ivory & glitter too. I used the HA woodgrain circle to make the plank flooring and the flowers & dots for the wallpaper, HA soft pool shadow ink. I also put some Glossy Accents on the shoes so they look like patent leather. Paper is from Taylored Expressions.

Ryan just got out of the hospital so I can catch up soon. Happy Fathers Day! TFL

When I visited Linda's photostream I was so drawn to this card she created. www.flickr.com/photos/bearpaw14/3595611098/ . I loved the weaving and the big beautiful flower. Such an eye catcher. Thanks for the wonderful inspiration Linda.

For the flower I created I first cut out three different sized circles and then cut notches out of them to create the petals. When I was done with that I versamarked them and heat embossed a blue color with two different Hero background stamps. I then curled up the edges of the petals and put a brad in the center. Simple and fun.

Jacqueline's style is amazing. And something that I can not emulate. But I have had a go, inspired by this card of Jacqueline's.

I was also inspired by this tag of Shari's.

HA Stamps:

CL272 - All Occasion Messages

F5158 - Heart Winged Butterfly
