I am not keen on beigels but thought this made an interesting historical " record" shot, especially if the claim on the sign is correct.

Preparation bagel with avocado and halloumi. Halved bagel with sesame seeds, layered with mashed avocado preparation and grilled halloumi chops. In out of focus background, next to wooden Lazy Susan, bowl of mashed avocado mixed with olive oil and lemon juice. Fork. High point of view.
