Woman making coffee in the Beigel Bake Brick Lane London. The bakery and cafe are open 24 hours 7 days a week. The Beigel Bake is one of only two left in Brick Lane once the heart of London's East End Jewish community.
Hot salt beef, from Brick Lane Beigel Bake. Eating at Spitalfields Market (which was ON THE APPRENTICE that night and NOBODY ELSE CARED).

Beigel is 24 hours too. I was told they were a bakery first, until they were challenged by the accessibility of bread, and so, desperate for bread (munnies) they decided to make bagels, sell them at affordable prices and stay open all day everyday.
Honestly one of the best places for food in East London, purely because of it's accessibility.

I'll have 2 salt beef sandwiches and 60 cheese beigels please.
And a nice cuppa to wash it down.
