Meteorologisch liegt der Frühlingsanfang auf der Nordhalbkugel der Erde am Monatsanfang, am 1. März. Der meteorologische Frühlingsbeginn wurde von der Weltorganisation für Meteorologie (World Meteorological Organization, WMO), einer Unterorganisation der UN, festgelegt.
Marktkirche, Hannover, Deutschland, 2012
Dieses Taufbecken wurde aus den Ruinen einer anderen hannoverschen Kirche geborgen und steht seitdem in der Marktkirche in Hannover. Die Marktkirche stellt die evangelische Hauptkirche in Hannover dar.
great. not only am i going to live through another autumn/winter when i leave next week for australia, but i also miss perhaps the prettiest season in seattle---spring. the tantalizing tastes i'm getting, in the form of early blossoms and buds, is only making it more difficult to leave.
also, i'm leaving behind a husband for four months.
this really is not my favourite in the world.

Havent taken any shots as of late so decided to go for a walk. The weather we've been having is just great and has me excited for spring/summer. So here is an HDR attempt by me, I think it turned out alright, I'll let you guys be the judge.
March 12, 2013: Technology Drive, Stoughton, MA. It was raining while I took this image and I wanted to capture the last bit of snow as it melted away. The pond's are not frozen anymore. Another sign that spring is right around the corner. I'm really looking forward to a bit of warmth.
