Area protetta creata nel 1998, comprende uno spazio di 720 chilometri quadrati offre opportunita' per arrampicate e camminate.

Alcune tribu' di beduini vive all'interno e intorno alla riserva e il turismo e' divenuto per loro una fonte di guadagno. Arrampicate, camminate ed altri sport avventurosi contribuiscono all'economia locale.

Inoltre e' importante aggiungere che in dicembre il clima e' decisamente adatto a escursioni nella zona, l'aria e' pulita e domina il silenzio - Fantastico

Os beduínos são seminômades e vivem em casas bem simples, como esta da foto. O governo israelense têm destruído suas casas para forçá-los a viver em local determinado, sob a justificativa de que se tratavam de construções ilegais (palestinos da área C só podem construir com autorização de Israel, o que pode levar anos).

Warp threads are added to the bracing bars on the ground loom in a figure 8 pattern. They went under the bar on the opposite side then over to the other side. Then the string would go back under the bar on the side it started on. I used crochet thread for this project.
