Ok, ok! I've lived in the city most of my life and don't know much about wildlife but WTF is this? It can jump and move fast and well.... Trying to take a photo close with my phone is how I learned the whole, it's fast and can jump thing.
This is the first CCBS MOC that I've built in a very long time, and possibly the largest MOC I've ever made as well. Since all my Bionicle sets are built and on display, I don't really have a "MOCing parts bin" at all, so I picked the pieces from my displayed sets as I needed them, therefore if you see any dust on the pieces, now you know why. The idea for this MOC came from a leg design I thought about as I was travelling to university for an exam, which eventually ended up working so well that I decided to build the whole thing. The process took about 12 hours in total, working my way from the bottom to the top. It ended up looking a bit like a ripped version of "the Beast" from "Over the Garden Wall", so I decided to give it the same name.
Beware sweet treats and puppies; the Beast who is Blue is after you...
We're Here & out after dark; crazy fools!
Hand-held & remote-triggered strobe with the barndoor blue gel arrangement. Marvellous!
I know you know them. If you're one of AFOL you just had to come across them back in the days of your happy childhood. I even was lucky enough to have several myself! And if you're a TFOL I guess you should've at least heard of them. I just had that "charge" thing yesterday and threw these together in a hour or so. They are not all different, but there are two different types of body, two types of legs and two types of shoulders. I have to admit I made them a bit offhand and they are mostly just a quick doodle. Never even had a chance to add their unique weapons or properly pose them... But! Finally I can have a fully articulated Battle Beast, even if it's only a virtual model ;)
Ah, it's all so nostalgic!
When we talk about “racks” on Space Station, this is what we mean: contained volumes with a rounded back (that fits against the module shell) and a flat front (facing the inside of the modules). They can contain science equipment (microscopes, freezers and fridges, centrifuges, furnaces, etc etc etc, the list is endless), Space Station systems (water reclamation, carbon dioxide removal, avionics and computers), or simply places to store things. Shane was doing deep maintenance on an air conditioning rack, and yes weightlessness helps manipulating these beasts!

“Beasts of England, beasts of Ireland,
Beasts of every land and clime,
Hearken to my joyful tidings
Of the golden future time.
Soon or late the day is coming,
Tyrant Man shall be o'erthrown,
And the fruitful fields of England
Shall be trod by beasts alone."
― George Orwell, Animal Farm
"We humans fear the beast within the wolf because we do not understand the beast within ourselves."

Beast Man is the savage right-hand man of Skeletor, he has control over many wild creatures and has brute strength. Despite his loyalty, he clearly resents being bossed around by Skeletor and secretly desires to someday overthrow his master.

I felt greatly saddened by the endlessly long line of elephants carrying tourists up the hot, steep hill to Amer fort in Jaipur. Should we be making such wise animals spend their lives doing something so unnecessary as carrying us up a hill? I certainly don't think so at all.
You just cant help taking photos of these cattle. These were a bit tetchy though because their young were about. Earlier in the year on Baslow Edge the Mums weren't bothered about my presence, even though the young were only days old.
