Beast of a church. So extremely busy too. This is the first church that I have visited (a good 800) that had an open crypt. Really enjoyed my visit here. Love the name Brisley too, it reminds me of a cross between a Hanna Barbara cartoon character and the young lad from The Double Deckers tv show (you need to be British and of a certain age to remember that show).

Nehru College of Physiotherapy one year old new Institution of Nehru Group of Institutions organized it’s First National level Intercollegiate Meet – PHYSIO BEAST 2023 for two days on 29 th and 30 th April 2023. Around 30 colleges from different parts of South India participated in this grand mega event. This mega event included Academic scientific events, Cultural events and various on field, indoor sports events.
The inauguration of PHYSIO BEAST 2023 happened on 29 th April 2023 by 9am at P. K. Das Memorial Auditorium. The cordial inauguration was presided by Dr. P. Krishnakumar., CEO/Secretary of Nehru Group of Institutions. Prof. Dr. Madhavi Konetigari., Chairperson – Andhrapradesh State Allied Healthcare Professions Council., Govt of Andhrapradesh, Member – National Commission for Allied Healthcare Professions., Govt. of India., Professor and Principal – Sri Venkateswara College of Physiotherapy, SVIMS, Tirupati, AP and Prof. Dr. Jagadeesan Alagesan., Principal – Saveetha College of Physiotherapy was present as the Chief Guest for the event. Prof. Dr. Sajeevan – Chairman – Board of Studies (Physiotherapy), KUHS., Principal – JDT Islam College of Physiotherapy, Kerala present as the Special Guest and Prof. Dr. S.A. Karthikeyan., President – Faculty of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, The Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai and Principal – Government College of Physiotherapy, Trichy was the Guest of Honour. Dr. P. Krishnakumar presented the Presidential Address and honored the Chief guests and other guests. Prof. Dr. V. Vijayaraj, Principal, Nehru College of Physiotherapy welcomed the guests and gathering.
As a part of this Inaugural ceremony, various awards have been given to eminent personalities in the field of Physiotherapy as well as awards to the researchers in the field of Physiotherapy to recognize their dedication and the efforts. Followed by, Academic, Culturals and Sports events held at various halls within the college campus. Around 1500 students participated in various events and expressed their talents. At the end of day 1 students enthusiastically enjoyed the DJ Night arranged by the college.
On day 2 30.04.2023 Final matches of various Sports events held up and On Field Athletic events took place. Winners and Runners of all the events were announced. Finally, During the Valedictory ceremony in the evening Prof. Dr. V. Mohan Gandhi – CEO – KG Hospital & Post Graduate Medical Institute was present as the Chief Guest and Dr. Moses Daniel- Principal- Nehru College of Management as Guest of Honour presented the Awards to various personalities in the field of Physiotherapy. Trophies and medals to the champions. The Overall Championship trophies were given to different colleges.

Team Ellis Brigham AR, Rosemary Byde, Simon Enderby, Barbara Lonsdale, Alistar Morris, on the Galtee mountain Range, competing in The Beast of Ballyhoura - Adventure Racing European Championships teams from 15 different countries, competing in a non stop 72 hour endurance race, with a distance of 450km, which started at the historical 12th century Curraghmore House, Co Waterford.The race continues until Sunday evening and includes, mountain biking, coasteering, mountain navigation, kayaking, trail runnng. Futakuchi-onna: Originates as a Japanese beast but the setting in my image has changed. This beautiful couple were on their vacation in Paris, France. Then the wife has a sudden realization and let out her inner beast. she realized that her husband was depriving her of food and her fear of eating too much in-front of him no longer existed. The monster of Futakuchi-onna came to life in the back of her skull. Manipulating her and making her suck the blood of her husband while stealing his steak. This monster comes to life when women are too self-conscious to eat in-front of men or when men deprive their wife of food.
