Beauty & The Beast

Have a beautiful Sunday my flickr friends! I hope you all will like this shot!

Lemmy always turns 'beast mode' on when he 'catches a prey'!

The beast from the east closing in on the Lincolnshire Wolds. The weather certainly created some dramatic light and weather.

More to come in a few days, apparently??

I love to roleplay and found a wonderful sim called Beast Forest with lots of wonderful people and beasts. Such a pretty place I did some pics there. maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Cherokee/42/226/1502

A MAV M62 still with its original Koloma engine smokes it up as it accelerates out of Borgond, Hungary with the semaphore giving a high clear. This was such a fantastic place during the diversion and I was incredibly dumb not to come back again. Hindsight is 20/20 or other such lies you can tell yourself...

These furry, magnificent beasts are the apex predators of the Arctic, being perfectly adapted to its icy landscape and ocean. And yet, in our time they are more under threat of overheating than freezing. We all know the story! This Monday gone, February 27th, was International Polar Bear Day. Like the Inuit and other Arctic people, we need to keep them in the forefront of our mind, and hope that in the future, we too will be part of their story.

Hoping for a better future us all!

Union Pacific's Chevron Local shunts 18 tank cars into North Yard Salt Lake City, Utah on March 9, 2013.

At the time, UPY 1448 was wearing a new coat of paint. The unit was built Southern Pacific 2719 by EMD in Sept. 1975.

Railfirst B80 and VL353 use the Fast Line through Warragul, operating Qube's 9476 Maryvale Paper Train from the mill to Melbourne's Victoria Dock.

B80s time being leased to Qube and ownership with CFCLA may be up, as it has been rumoured that it has been sold.

Fashion that needs to be fed!

Little Black Riding hood~

I wanna hide the truth

I wanna shelter you

But with the beast inside

There's nowhere we can hide

No matter what we breed

We still are made of greed

This is my kingdom come

This is my kingdom come

When you feel my heat

Look into my eyes

It's where my demons hide

It's where my demons hide

Don't get too close

It's dark inside

It's where my demons hide

It's where my demons hide

The Magical Beast.

Photography moves me like no other, capturing an image requires very little on my behalf, the only requirement is for me to 'be there'.

It's a mix of life experience and emotion (feelings)

Let your instincts guide you, become a camera.

The tracks of a Short-beaked Echidna (Tachyglossus aculeatus) on Peron Dunes near St Helens on Tasmania’s east coast.

Echidnas - along with the platypus - are of a very ancient lineage and are but one of three egg-laying mammals. The distinctive tracks are created by the animal’s rolling gait and hind legs with very long claws for burrowing and digging up ant nests. The older tracks must have been made by a lolloping dog.

A link provided below for more information about echidnas.

They thought they had beaten him badly and wounded him...

but in reality, they had only awakened the beast.

Transylvania

I don't usually process so harshly but there was something so strange and beast like about this outcrop that I wanted some suitably odd processing.

It seemed to me like a giant petrified lizard or dinosaur like creature. Only when processing did I then also notice the footprints in the sand and the strong line of blue from the sea.
