I'm growing a support beard alongside my friend Seth. He's growing his first epic beard. But I got bored so I decided to shave out the middle. For fun. And cause I was procrastinating.

Beard Convention, Brighton UK 2007.

When I was recovering from the surgery on my torn ligaments in my knee in 1990, I found it more difficult to stand and shave in the mornings, so I grew a beard for a few months.

These are scans of some pictures of that time, which Eugene wanted to see.

Two and a half weeks without shaving and, voilà!, je suis barbu. Close-up shot.

Barry's beard was confounding to me for a long time. I finally ended up gluing mirrors to each other in the form of a beard and attaching it with Bondo. It worked!

I just had a craving for some Beard Papa.

Looks a lot different, to me at least. Sorry I look gross, drank a lot last night.
