My daughter’s 2nd grade class did these Santa beards for an activity at the holiday party. I hope you will give a dollar per picture to Kiva.

Thank you!

Surprising what a beard might be hiding. A monster or a bird perhaps. Pen and ink on paper.

Yep. This is really a bar of beard & body soap that I got for Tony for Christmas! It smells kinda like Jager-spicy licorice- which I thought was appropriate since his band is sponsored by them! I haven't given it to him yet, so I don't know what his reaction will be but I will let you know what he thinks!

Step 2 complete. Joel swears that this is not a Donegal.

Barry's beard was confounding to me for a long time. I finally ended up gluing mirrors to each other in the form of a beard and attaching it with Bondo. It worked!

Old photos, from the pre-wedding shave...alas, the beard is back.

In the early evening I was outside when I noticed the side of the hive was just covered in bees. This is an image that just makes my skin crawl-the worst kind of "large quantity of small things". I had to run away and fetch Paul (because I assumed it was bad.) Turns out it is "bearding" and it is because....they are hot! Who knew insects felt the heat? But if ever there was a day to be so hot you couldn't stand being in the hive, today is that day. Paul vented the top a bit and there are actually fewer bees on the side than there originally were.
