Delhi is always prone to terrorist attacks. Here in Sarojini Nagar Market (a place which did witness a deadly bomb attack few years back) a police-walla looks for possible suicide bombers in a bazaar bylane full of evening shoppers.

Dehydrated apricot-infused Angostura 1919 rum, house pomegranate dessert wine, orange bitters, tincture of ginger, pistachio-scented ice ($18).

I will be honest, it was the list of the ingredients that had my heart buzzing to try this grand sounding drink (pistachio-scented ice? How curious!). And it was very nice. Pricey, but understandable given the house-made ingredients.
