A few days before Christmas Santa Claus is in burnout... we can not leave children without a gift.

Do not panic ! Batman is here ! Batman, he's not kidding, with his new Christmas Batmobile, tonight everything will be delivered. ^^

When you're out and about you always have to be ready for the unexpected shot. While switching train spotting locations I saw the BatMobile coming down the street heading my way.

I've really been toying around with the prospect of updating my Batmobile considering it has been untouched for well over a year at least.

Personally, I much prefer this updated version of the Batmobile to the one I used prior for a number of reasons notably an improved front which I somehow managed to make look somewhat like the head of bat. For some bizarre reason, I'm not really a massive fan of Batman vehicles which use fins/wings to try and make the vehicle look more bat-like. I can't put my finger on why but it just doesn't fit with how I see Batman for some reason.

My intention with the design of this Batmobile was really to make it a hybrid between a sports-car and an armoured vehicle so it can act as a chase vehicle whilst also being equipped to engage in firefights with heavier vehicles. As such, the vehicle is equipped with an assortment of weapons and features for a multitude of tasks.

..To the Batmobile..

You can't park that there mate, you'll get a ticket..

Steampunk Batmobile at Devcon Plymouth today.

Now, although I uploaded this, let me see, many moons ago, I've decided to upload it again, along with more shots of the build.

Definitely my favourite batmobile. So sleek.

A simple custom Batmobile. This was built for another creation that after spending hours on, became something that I was just not happy with. I just couldn’t get the Batmobile and attack helicopter to look right together—and I didn’t want to waste another portion of the creation I loved on an overall build I disliked (But I’ll find a use for that portion soon). The Batmobile is not directly based on any single Batmobile, but it is inspired by the Tumbler, and the upcoming Batmobiles featured in Arkham Knight and Batman v Superman.

Incidentally, I also threw in my Nightwing motorcycle, which I built months ago and never placed in a creation yet. There’s not much to it but it fits really well with the new Nightwing.

Build Time: 4 Hours (P.S. I’m slow at building vehicles!)

Ha!! looks like he's saying..."All Right Neighbors dog. Lets Rumble!!"

I've been playing Arkham Origins lately, so I've pumped out a few Batman MOCs within the past week or so. This one is built mostly from parts from sets 76012 and 70162. I'm pretty happy with the way this looks, and I'm glad I have it on hand now because I would love to make a Batman brickfilm someday.

I am painfully aware that I haven't posted anything in nearly a year. Been busy with builds, but too damn lazy to set up my photography area. These should do for now...

A friend gave me one of these little pull-back chassis; so, I felt obliged to build something cool upon it. Wanted to incorporate some recent parts too.

So, yeah, there's bonus content--it rips like hell across the floor!

My son’s girlfriend tipped me off about this kit. Lots of fun to build and a nicely detailed finished product.

Iron Forge Round 1

One of the few original Batmobiles -not sure if it was used on film or as a stand-by car- made for the "Batman" TV series aired between 1966 and 1968.

Designed and built by George Barris -Barris Kustom Industries-, it used a 1955 Lincoln Futura concept car chassis and shape.

This car is permanently on display at the Dezerland Park Auto Museum in Orlando, Florida

Remember not to jaywalk when Batman is about

Remember the black 458 Italia ? This is the future. Delivered today.

I actually made this one about December for a Justice League vs Darkseid build that was ultimately forgotten about...but I think it makes a nice change from my previous Batmobile, this one having a much more sleek and aerodynamic look. I kinda picture a more modern Batman driving this one (not modern like takes place in our modern world, but like a Batman we're more familiar with today...like the New 52 or something). Thoughts?

76045 - Kryptonite Interception

It’s almost entirely a new build, but my favourite spot must be the inset windscreen glass pieces, which make the central pillar even more readable and give the impression of windscreen being “angled”.

This was a rather fun build for me since I normally don’t build vehicles—especially Batmobiles. Personally I feel the community is flooded with those, along with Batcaves and Halls of Armor, so I try to avoid building those things. Anyways, it’s of course based off of the game Batmobile, but I found myself improvising is some sections due to a lack of source material. I also adding in a few things that I thought would look good, notably the back center ‘wing’ which I really like. I’m very happy with the outcome regardless—this thing just looks mean!

Enjoy!

My best spot ever. I like this car so much.

I still can't believe it...but its true.. :)

The sound was so awesome...like a spaceship.

Feel free to post comments, criticize and/or favourite it!

Thanks :)

Oh man, it has been at least a minimum of like 200 years since my last MOC! Since at least back in my brickshelf days... *shudder*

But damn, did I had a blast with this!

Alright so to be fair, this big guy was, in a way, terraformed into the build he is today. I've been tinkering and modifying with this car for a good long while now. Built around a skeleton concept of the 76012: Riddler Chase Batmobile, this model was built with Arkham Knight in mind, plus a bunch of other Batmobile references found throughout the internet... oh and that cool guy named [Nexus] whom built a Batmobile I came across ages ago

But yeah, really enjoyed working with this and I know posting this was a bit out of the ordinary for me, but I felt like it was worth sharing :)

We'll get back to minifigs soon enough ;)

Kaitimar's mini Batmobile, with a couple of twists of my own.

I continued the fluid line of the cockpit towards the back and I lowered the "wings" into a more dynamic position. The "nose" is a little more aggressive on my version and I also added some contrasting details.

It's a simple build, with common parts, yet the result is quite nice in my opinion. I wish the Batmobile polybag would have something more like this inside.

Another one day build, but arguably cleaner and better-presented than some of my other ones. I'm also (slowly) improving my editing skills, hence the unusually clean backdrop for my standards. :P

I've wanted to try my hand at an original Batmobile design for some years but never took the time to come up with a proper concept. However, a month or so ago I came up with the idea of using the trans light blue parts used for the headlights, which are taken from a CMF fig. I ditched the idea but ended up coming back to it yesterday, deriving inspiration from the 2022 rendition as well as some other fan designs I found. I think it turned out fairly neat - heck, I can even fit the accompanying fig into the driver's seat.
