I had to go deep into an exotic wilderness that barely a human had ever set foot before coming across the rare and elusive "American Robin."
Soon, National Geographic will get wind of this amazing discovery, I'll become famous, powerful, and I'll smite my enemies with lasers from space. I might even smite some friends, who knows?
INRD SD40-2 4003 was swimming upstream on 15th Avenue in New Albany on during a torrential downpour. The Indiana was still running their Louisville traffic via the CSX's Monon at this time.
The writing was on the wall that these trains would soon be abolished and the traffic run via the L&I. There wouldn't be many more trips up the street after this move. It's pretty quiet around here nowadays.
Thanks for viewing my photos, I really appreciate you taking the time, and for the faves and comments you make thank you.

I used to watch the TV show Sesame Street with my children, and Ernie's cute Rubber Ducky song has always stayed with me. This picture is for the theme "toy."
Sponge cake covered in fondant with fondant and piping gel details.
The brief for this cake was: 'Joe's main interests are chewing TV aerial cables, playing in the bath, and trying to eat houseplants... Oh and he finds dogs hilarious." I didn't get the TV cables in, but hopefully included everything else.
Thanks to everyone on Flickr for inspiration, especially Andrea's Sweet Cakes and Rouvelee
Happy Birthday Joe!
This is the first frame of a photo story I've been cooking up for the last little while called "Best Friends". Updating weekly every Monday for 10 weeks. Stay Tuned!
