Back in the day I saw a lot of self-portraits taken with a bathtub, This was my own silly variation on it.
Actually the last bathroom image i took - notice i removed the seat. The trick here was to move the hand towel at the basin so to hide the 's' trap. The glass towel railheater is better shown off in landscape. Private client - owner/architect.

In our mid-terrace house we have the tiniest of bathrooms. About 2 years after we moved in we had a new champagne-coloured suite installed, which was exciting at the time, but we were never happy that the fitters didn't hide the pipes (and we didn't like the Artex walls we'd inherited!). So after more than 30 years we've been able to have a complete new bathroom fitted, including new tiles, floor and paintwork! There's been ups and downs along the way, but Mike and his team have always found ways to get round any problems. Here are the 'after' shots of our tiny new bathroom!!
(New kitchen planned with the same team soon!)
All we need is a bathroom door and real window shades and we'll have ONE room done!
BEFORE photo here.
We moved the toilet, installed a clawfoot tub (to replace the shower stall), put in all new tile - and rebuilt the window trim and medicine cabinet. (whew!)

Description:
These empty nesters wanted to make a luxury Master Bathroom from the chopped up space they had. I redesigned the space taking some square footage from the Pool Bathroom and gave them everything they wanted creating a unique and luxurious space. Please see the before and after drawings that illustrate the changes that were made.
Tips & Advice:
In most cases any room can be redesigned to suit your needs. Even if you can't add on, there are ways to make it look and feel larger depending on how the cabinets and tile are set and which colors are used. Even though walls and plumbing were relocated, the project took about 7 weeks to complete because every product that was to be used had been delivered prior to the demolition.
my teeny tiny bathroom. please excuse the nasty toilet, apparently nobody felt the need to clean it before they put up pics on the rental website, lol.

This is my bathroom. Small, obviously. You can't see it really, but to the right is the shower/bath. It has a few dead mosquitos in it, so I'm going to need to clean it soon.
