At first, both eaglets were roosting close together on the nest support branch. Then the darker and smaller (presumed male) moved up just above the female . A Red-shouldered Hawk perched on a wire just east of the nest.

These lizards can actually run on water. I thought it was only them that could do it, but I actually recently saw a young Eastern Water Dragon run acros about 3m of water in the very same way.
