The Salzburg-based conglomerate, which is constructed with fine-grained material through-and medium-grain layers, consists of diagonally stacked benches, between which are layers of sand. Mostly, these are to coarse sand, fine sand is the exception. The layers are cemented to varying degrees, are less compacted layers easily recognized due to the higher susceptibility to weathering as a niche in the natural rock walls. Holes that pierced the conglomerate showed that the rocks of the monk's not on hard surfaces, but on soft ground moraine or on Gosau strata (sandstone and marl) is. In the area of ??vertical rock walls were formed parallel to the slope relaxation gaps, which are often filled with mud. You should by undercutting of the mountain by the Salzach River, while the quarry work or be the result of natural relaxation processes. The fractures cause sometimes water gets into the rock. This results in a buoyancy; the frictional resistance is reduced, which may lead to termination of whole rock formations. The north-eastern flank of the monk's is to a large extent of vertical walls of the old quarry. The natural vertical rock walls are also usually irregular and often have throats erosion caused by the weathering of the little solidified layers. On the east side can also detect erosion throats. The lateral direction and Mülln Riedenburg skarpiert was for defensive reasons (processed vertically). On Mönchsberg ruled against two types of mass movements: Small rock falls triggered by surface weathering and rockfalls up to 100,000 m³.

This weekly Thursday meet during the summer is based at the sea front in the sea side resort of Weston Super Mare, North Somerset, UK.
It is organised by Members of the British legion, all bike donate £1 to enter and all proceeds go the charity The Poppy Appeal.

L'atelier Des Chefs are a Marylebone based cookery school who offer 'hands on' classes under the expert tutelage of active professional chefs (as oppose to teachers who specialise in food). In a nutshell, they teach you how to cook a dish or a series of dishes, then at the end of it you sit down and enjoy what you've just made with likeminded foodies over a glass (or bottle?) of wine. I've not been to any of their classes but got an invite to the launch of their 'Mobile Kitchen' in The Oxo Building on South Bank (which I'd been wanting to go to for bloody ages now).
Being entirely governed by the whims of my stomach, I obviously responded in the affirmative (Evernote's spell check is convinced that 'affirmative' is not a word) - and then invited a new friend down to see what it was like. Verdict: awesome
In a nutshell, the L'atelier Des Chefs Mobile Kitchen is like what they do at their normal classes, except uhâ¦mobile. They travel to your home or workplace and school you in any number of culinary skills, from sushi making, to cocktail making, to the creation of the perfect slider, to a whole load of other things that I have forgotten (thanks, brain!) but that we got to see in the night. The launch party was kinda a victim of its own success, and so we didn't get as easy access to the classes as we would have liked. I used the time I would have spent queuing to drink as much sparkling sake as possible and take photos of people taking photos of food (because it's Super Meta (TM)). The lady behind the decks you see there is DJ Fabienne, I don't really know much about her asides from the fact that she seems nice enough, at one point played a remix of Eurhythmics' 'Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This) - and put up with my shit/camera. At some point my friend (who is also the PR) ended up with my SLR and that is why there are pictures of me looking irresponsible with a cocktail shaker :3
