the loudspeaker system tell all the hangar base crew to welcome the lone survivor from the latest attack of another metal moon satellite created by the band guys, it has started to become rather normal now, since the badies have used artificial moons quite much lately but there is a strategist on the space-federations pay-list that will probably make the loss of valuable star-pilots less huge in case the badguys wont change their tactics soon!
A selection of star wars cookies for a friend based upon old and new movie characters. Most of the bad guys though- they seriously are more fun to do. I LOVED doing these. Packing below with a jar jar binks keyring garnish!!! No parsley here!
I really wanted to do jar jar as well but just wasnt game enough this time around. Handpainted and moulded fondant covered handcut chocolate cookies...whew that was a mouth full!
The Old Republic.... the old wars.
I was attempting to see if I could create a convincing 'Light Saber" effect... but I think the issue is that they are too thick in scale to do a proper 'movie' version.
This image was a combination of multiple exposures, I lit the figures head the way I wanted it to look, then took 4 extra shots of the light sabers lit up in different ways and combined them.
I like the final look as it does seem as though the blades are lit internally, and I thought it was worth posting though as I simply like the look of the figure.
Note : this is the 2nd version, in the first I tried to use photoshop to apply a glow effect (spent about 1hour trying different things), but after really looking at it... I realised it sucked, so I had to re-do it, and this version took 2mins to do.

I hereby declare that its "Villain week" over at DRS. meaning im going to
feature some of my personal favorites from films and comics,and i encourage anyone
to play along with your personal favorites ;)
Two Face is one of my personal favorites,as are most batman villains, for several reasons.
I love that he came from somewhere noble and Honorable,and truly wanted to do the right
thing,and had a clear vision of justice. But him becoming a twisted, dark version of
himself is both tragic and a beautiful piece of character arc. hes a mirrored version
of batman, as are most of Batmans enemies,and most of them don't have superpowers.
this makes them that much more human, real and somewhat sympathetic.
Ayase is trapped in the Otherworld with the horned girl.
Will her friend Kirino be able to get help before anything nasty happens?
Will Ayase continue to flirt with that boy, Kyon, after she's twice been mysteriously teleported for doing just that?
Is Haruhi the one actually doing the teleporting or is it all really coincidental?
