Took a picture of this set on the day that Back to the Future: The Ride closed as a tribute.

They aren't really Micro Machines, they were made by another company: www.puremicros.com/xb-rc-btf.html

Universal Studios backlot, a widely used location, but best known from "Back to the Future". This set goes back to 1948. I remember a (BW) Twilight Zone using this location. Now known as Courthouse Square, Prior to Back to the Future, the area was known as Mockingbird Square as in "To Kill a Mockingbird". Destroyed on June 1, 2008, as a fire broke out on the backlot of Universal Studios Hollywood, an American film studio.

I got tagged by the lovely Cécile

The rules are...

To play you must post a picture of you prior to the age of 10. Please leave it SOOC. Then of course tag 10 others.

I don't have baby pictures (this is close enough) since my Mother moved and brought me to America at a young age. She lost them.

This is a junior high school photo. I used my dusty scanner. :-)

For the "Back to the Future Game" I tag:

ALL my contacts who have not been tagged. :)

Check your flickr mail and do it! MUAHAHAHA

If you’re still on the fence about asking Lorraine to the dance, hopefully this will serve as an adequate motivator akin to Darth Vader and Van Halen.

Because if you do not ask Lorraine to the dance, you're gonna regret it for the rest of your life!

Diamond Select Earth Exclusive Back to the Future Delorean

I took this picture during the renovation of the organ in our church. It's neobarok. The builders went back in time, using old techniques. The organ works mechanical, not pneumatical. Old music, like Bachs, sounds better on this new organ.

Shoreditch, Graffiti, Back To The Future

I recently introduced my kids to Back to the Future. It's one of my all time favorite movies. I wasn't sure if they were going to like it or even understand it. But they did. They love it. Sydney is crazy about this movie. I only just introduced the movie to them a few weeks ago and Syd has probably watched it 10 times already. She can recite lines from the movie like nobody's business. Makes me smile to see my kids so into a movie that I grew up loving. :)

My MOC of the Back to the Future LEGO set. Uses mostly the parts found in that set with some obvious additions.

Set is now modular, so to switch between the three main versions from the films requires swapping out some parts.

Been planning this for years and slowly building up a library of techniques in my head so if you see a build you recognise then credit to the original builder.

Hill Valley Courthouse from Back To The Future at Universal Studios Hollywood. I'm going through some old pictures and scanned these. From 1991.
